Ivan Ramirez is a seasoned sales executive with over 21 years of sales experience in the United States Real Estate market and serves as Vice President of Sales at ONE Sotheby’s International Realty. With an exceptional talent in sales, Ivan has a wealth of valuable experience and demonstrates the requisite strategic vision to achieve successful bottom-line results.

 

Ivan previously worked with Cerberus Private Equity and Momentis Property Group and achieved notable success, turning around previously foreclosed properties and selling all buildings under his management in just 18 months. By creating hands-on, practical initiatives and aligning his sales team with business goals, Ivan created a substantial improvement in differentiating each property both in positioning and service delivery and enhanced business performance. While at Cerberus Private Equity and Momentis Property Group, he also accomplished several successful sellouts including the Marina Grand in Riviera Beach for $150 million and the Peninsula II in Aventura for $200 million.

 

As the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Terra Group, Ivan demonstrated the ability to strategically understand each of the assets and its customers, and successfully positioned properties to its respective markets, contributing to the growth and profitability of the company. A highly regarded Broker both nationally and internationally, Ivan played a key role in the sales of high-profile projects including The Reserve Doral for $260 million, 900 Biscayne Bay in Miami for $300 million, and Quantum on the Bay for $240 million in Miami.

 

During Ivan’s tenure at WCI Communications, he advanced through several roles in the company, beginning as a Sales Associate and transitioning to Director of Sales and Director of International Sales. Ivan was recognized as a natural leader due to his deft influencing and negotiating skills, extracting maximum value not only from the properties but also from sales teams and all stakeholders and building cross-organizational cohesion through positive directional leadership. While at WCI Communications, he sold over one billion in residential and mixed-use properties in the state of Florida, New Jersey, and Maryland.

 

A dedicated sales professional, Ivan has sold over two billion in Real Estate in North America and is a seasoned expert in the international market. As Vice President of Sales at ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, he has been involved with a number of luxury projects throughout the tri-county including the Adagio in Fort Lauderdale Beach, Metropica in Sunrise, The Gale in Fort Lauderdale, and the Royal Palm in Boca Raton. He also helped to establish ONE Sotheby’s as a frontrunner in the South Florida office market.

 

Over the past five years, he has positioned himself as an expert in the office-condo sector over, leading his team to sell out over 140,000 square feet of Class A office space at Aventura ParkSquare and over 100,000 square feet of office space at Forum Aventura. His latest office-condo venture is with Creative HQ, Miami’s first-ever creative office condos within Natiivo Miami, set to deliver in 2022.

 

Creative HQ offers 130,000 square feet of office space with 127 office condos ranging from 431 to 2,499 square feet with prices starting in the $290,000s. The office condos will be delivered tenant ready, fully finished, and equipped to provide the ultimate office experience in the heart of Downtown Miami. Ivan and his team work alongside ONE Commercial Real Estate to oversee the sales efforts for Creative HQ and launched sales in February 2020.

A licensed Broker, Ivan holds a graduate certificate (GRI) from the Graduate Realtor® Institute, a certification from the certified distressed property expert (CDPE), and is a Real Estate owned (REO) expert and a luxury condo specialist. Ivan has a bachelor’s degree from Barry University in business administration and is fluent in Spanish.
